In the fresh-cut potato chip production workshop of Juhe Tiancheng Food Co., Ltd., a fresh-cut potato chip production line is busy, and employees are busy on the production line. A pack of potato chips was packaged on an automatic packaging machine, and the fresh-cut potato chip production line was officially put into production, realizing automation and intelligent operation of the potato production process, processing more than 300 kilograms of potato chips per hour and consuming more than 1,200 kilograms of potatoes.

The processing of fresh-cut potato chips has to go through ten important links including raw material selection, cleaning and peeling, manual selection, slicing, rinsing, blanching, frying, seasoning, cooling, and packaging. In the entire process, there are only two stages with human participation. In the raw material selection stage, the workers pick out the broken potatoes; in the cleaning and peeling stage, if there are potatoes that are not up to the standard, the workers will repair them. In order to ensure the taste, the thickness of each potato slice is about 1 mm.
The crispy and mellow taste of potato chips is not only due to the intelligent manufacturing process, but also inseparable from the strict control of raw material procurement. Fresh-cut potato chips are selected from natural production plateau ecological potatoes over 2200 meters. It only takes five minutes for the slices to come out of the oven. The selected craftsmanship retains the natural taste of potatoes and the rich original fragrance.
